Did you found any abnormal in OSS KPIs of Serving cell?

If everything is normal in OSS, you need to check script and devices.
Try to do a call without script and check.
Make it 60 seconds and redo the test.

Hi Shahroz,
in my experience it’s rare that you have RRC Rejection that you don’t have explained at U2000. There are plenty of counter RRC.Rej - please check them all, there should be something. 
If some RRC.Rej.Redir is incrementing, perhaps you have redirection to GSM configured at your cell (check if there is anything at LST UCELLREDIRECTION for your cell - if there is just remove this configuration).

Please suggest what could be reason for call setup failure in good radio condition.
Message IMS sio/2.0 cancel.
What does it mean?
Cancel would mean call was cancelled either by user or the network.
How can we drill this case if by network side?
487 request terminated this also shown.
This error when you call someone and after 3 to 4 ringing you cancel the call.
