Alpha value looks ok otherwise you will face access problem.
Happened to me for 1 of imp site.
Ok, 256 QAM also culprit for poor Uplink as well.
I think good to play with ponom and sinr / rssi windows parameter.

Ok, changed it.
PUCCH to -108, PUSCH nominal kept same, (CLPC already enabled).
Fingers crossed.
Updating here:
No change in the trend, not even %0.001.
What value pre and post?
Is it hourly?
10.01 vs 10.02, similar in all bands.
Prime time 16:00-18:00
Value too high for UL BLER.
It was around 8 - 8.5 before the activation of CLPC.
Looks like i solved it , last night changed, maxsinrtarget for clpc
First degradation is due to clpc activation
High BLER suggests UE transmitting with low power.
I suggest first switch OFF CLPC and adjust poniminal push/push, which directly impacts the olpc value.
If you want to reduce BLER set pusch and srs po arround -74 and keep pucch betwen -100 to -90.
You changed maxsinrtarget for clpc from which value to which value?
-75 is a value for alpha 0.8 in general.
maxtargsinr (Nokia parameter) from 15 dB to 30 dB.
(This parameter indicates the maximum value of target SINR for PUSCH)
What is value for pucch maxsinrtarget?
There is a min target sinr also -10 default you can play arround with it also.
It was 4 dB and changed it to 8 dB also.
Parameter name targetSINR for PUCCH.
Both parameter is under NRULCLPC_PROFILE.
But increasing maxtargsinr (Nokia parameter) from 15 dB to 30 dB would also increase Uplink interference in the cluster.
What do you guys think bout initial bler value %7.5?
I think it is fine, it was 3-3.5% in our network but we activated UL256QAM so it doubled as normal.
For Nokia major ul gain gain, you will get from olpc.
In Nokia pusch po is default value is less aggressive you can try reduce po to increase pusch ue to power result into improvement of UL(BLER and THROUGHPUT) but it ha a trade off in terms of interference to neighbours.
Clpc, in my case with default Nokia settings 23r1 enhanced pucch performance, which helped me improve DL. Also, I kept sinr Target 8.
I think those values are just fine.
But I will keep in mind to try different values.
The issue is UL256QAM, need to find optimal value for this feature.
Very nice feedback, Thanks!
Those sinr target values helped a lot as you can see.
I will keep them like that.
Don’t know if we can optimize it further. What brings clpc is better UE pwr headroom, better RSSSI, less interference
And I did it, both achieved, better UL bler than before (when only olpc enabled) and also improved UE pwr headroom and RSSI.
If I disable ul256qam, our bler will be 2-2.5% for sure, but we want peak speed in UL so cant be disabled.
Set your olpc push and srs -74 set pucch -90 keep rest same and your bler and 256qam will improve, and for now, keep clpc off.
Thanks, I will try.
Bler and higher order modulation schemes have convergence it’s inevitable to keep bler low with high mcs so don’t worry about it.
With adjusting UE tx power from ponominal, you can achieve optimial values in bler and mcs.
This is the full clpc parameter list:
