DMRS SNR is a very critical kpi to know the user quality experience because its snr is close to pdsch rather than rsSnr which is close to ssb snr, but i haven’t seen dmrs snr getting reported always.
DMRS is precoded along with PDSCH.
Knowing DMRS quality will always be a more accurate metrics, since it’s used for channel estimation.
CSI-RS is considered a sounding signal, not even an estimation one.
csi-rs is fine for CSF, though.

I haven’t seen snr for csi-rs, but csi-rsrp have seen.
It’s computed but probably not available.
My point is that beam-specific RS are fine for CSF and BM, but if you need to accurately assess PDSCH performance, DMRS is the way to go.
