FR1 and FR2 maximum cells per sector

think in FR1, 2 bands are available 1 for coverage & 1 for capacity as NR is in early stages.

Also as cust goes on increasing, additional band req will be there.

Currently 2 bands are sufficient

We have many bands in FR1 but as of now most of operators deployed 2 cells per sector like Jio having n78 and n28 per sector.
