I am a Telecommunications Engineer with over 6 years of experience, specializing in mobile network optimization and activation. I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Telecommunications (Inatel) and a Technical degree in Electronics with a focus on Telecommunications from the first technical electronics school in Latin America, the Escola Técnica em Eletrônica “FMC.”

Throughout my career, I have played a key role as a Systems Specialist, leading and executing Rollout projects and site activations for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Our team activated between 230 and 350 sites per month, depending on the technology, and when I worked in RF Design, I was the focal point for the northern region. My expertise includes RF Optimization, Network Planning, RAN Sharing, statistical network monitoring, and technical performance reporting. I have extensive experience with Ericsson tools, such as Eribox, Iflow, and WinFIOL, providing support in site integration and activation, especially for VIVO.

My commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement drives me to study topics like AI, networks for Cisco certification, MVNO, and private networks. I also have strong experience in executing scripts and developing RF Designs (TND/RPD), as well as in detecting and resolving issues to ensure high network performance and reliability.
