3G CS RAB Failure

Nokia 3G:

All the sites are having same pattern of CS RAB Failure.

Reason for failure : CS/PS RAB stp Acc fail due to UE.

But PS RAB SR is good as compared with CS RAB SR. Could you please suggest to fix this issue.

For bad CS and good PS RAB setup performances, better to check from their respective CN aspects. Problems on CS CN can have such impacts.
