3G dropped calls after new IUR link

Guys.

I am having problem (drop calls) in 3G when we add IUR link between RNC (even same vendor), and of course, the cells neighbors are created.

Do you have any suggestion?

Check if you have ping-pongs between RNCs this create endless IuR links till it drops.

So increase the handover marging between cells at RNC border to avoid pingpongs.

I have same problem between RNCs, the PS CSSR poor. Do you have any idea ?
