Dear Experts, we are observing that 4G IRAT ANR feature is functioning correctly for CSFB, and we have configured two UTRAN carriers with ConnFreqPriority=6 for both in UTRANNFREQ. However, log files indicate that some CSFB calls are established on the 1st carrier, while others are on the 2nd carrier. Can anyone explain why this occurs, even though the decision should be based on NcellMeasPriority in UTRANNCELL?
