4G MLB & PCELL Change @ same time

Hi expert,

I have one question, if UE received 2 frequency change one for MLB and the other for PCELL change and each one of them in different freq and @ the same time.

example:
MLB FroM L1800 --> L700
PCELL from L1800 --> L2100
Same time he will go to which freq and why?

In another word which action will be done MLB or PCELL, Thanks!

Mainly load will depend on the scheduling time in HO.
