Anyone familar with the counters below please:

This is Huawei counter to get 4G throughput QoE and depends on the following two parameters:

I want to further understand the interactions of the parameters with the counters and also any recommended values and how to interpret the counters.

I think explanation is pretty clear for those params and counters in LTE.

So it goes like this: If data volume is more than 200 MB (parameter) and threshold is set at 64 Kbpersec then thouse counters will be incremented periodically each time throughput is higher or lower than 64 Kbpsec.
