my expert friends, I need some help

we have 29 5G sectors (Air 3219 Ericsson) around World Stage (Rock In Rio 2024), all configured with 254 W and with a noise of -96dBm (5G_PUSCH_RSSI) and Thp = 850Mbps.

We reduced the total power to 128W, we now have a noise of -90dBm and Thp dropped to 490Mbps.

I didn’t understand why. Shouldn’t it get better once we reduce the noise?

What are you measuring? Cell throughput or user throughput?
And RSSI of -95 dBm is considered a good RSSI for 5G.
