Hi Experts.
In the same network of NSA, one UE is getting connected with 5G NSA but other UE from different vendor couldn’t (stick to 4G network but 5G NSA capable).
While check with USSD code for handset the difference but I could found that ENDC is False in the other UE while in first one it is True.
Any insights or suggestions?

You should contact UE department for this.
Every MNO has a device department where all UEs are validated before rolling out in live network.
If it is Qualcomm chipset then item like ENDC=true can be enabled by NV items but it is not an easy procedure
You would need QXDM and QPST for this.

Yes I have approached the OEM.
You know they will take some time, I was just trying to find some shortcut. 
No worries, OEM will fix it OTA in tens of minutes once they have the image of the phone ready.
