If there is a 5G overshooting, can it cause some issues for sgnb addition once sgnb addition request is sent.?

Overshooting can impact b1 mr report as UE will report cell having good rsrp.
Not seeing any impact on sgnb addition procedure once UE report MR for NR cell.

Low be can cause RLF triggers as UE will latch to 5Gg on poor coverage.
Yes RLF issue can be there due to poor bler caused by overshooting cells.
