Hi,
I am a freshner in radiocommunication, and i’m currently carrying out an internship in radio planing and optmization . I have as task to provide a 3G-upgrade tool which provides as ouptut channel element upgrade, power upgrade, third carrier, sector split, U900 adding and new site proposals. So can some one please give me a detailed orientation on how to proceed especially for channel element upgrade and power upgrade?
