Tools for Telecommunications Professionals since Excel/Access VBA Macros to Java/Python Systems.
Goal is to have it free for use, and if possible, open-source (code shared with Community).
Each tool will be present in a single Topic, for the Community participation with comments and feedback.
Ideally each author should provide basic instructions on how to download, use, etc.
