AI is fundamentally transforming service assurance across industries, especially for telecom. With wide range of offering by AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, automated incident management, network optimization, and more, telecom companies are able to provide more reliable, efficient, and personalized services. From my recent assignment, I am sharing some Service Assurance - Use Cases.

AI plays a crucial role in 5G by providing advanced analytics and decision-making capabilities along with recommendations / RCA (root cause analysis).

Machine learning (ML) algorithms analyze vast amounts of network data in real-time to identify patterns, predict network behavior, and make intelligent adjustments.

AI enables proactive and autonomous network management, helps in rapid response to changing conditions and improving overall network & user efficiency.

Benefits from one of my assignment for 1 Zone NOC/SOC setup:-

  • Network optimization becomes more efficient (i.e. by 37%)
  • Better utilization of resources (i.e. by 47%)
  • Reduced OPEX costs (i.e. by 11%)
  • Improved user experiences. (Complaint TTs for NW reduce by 3K)
  • Faster turnaround time & Improved MTTR due to Automatic fault detection and correction. (Manual TT for correction reduce by 11K)
