Any idea how to cater HO PREP Fails due to AC reject?
Load balancing already done and all layers > 98% utilized.
Source is also high utilized & performing LB-HO.
You can consider spreading some traffic to surrounding cells 10-15% is possible.
Nbrs also having same condition, new solution is proposed for such cases, but finding a way to improve such cases, to reduce inc-Ho-cong.
There is no congestion on PUCCH, only in PDSCH.
If AC rejection is due to resource limitation, there is very little you can do. you can look to reduce inactivity timer (release NB resources sooner), move voice users to 3G / 2G, but eventually you need to add more capacity.
