Any use case if I have overlapping TAs in the real world?

One possibility I can think of is wrt ePLMNs.

Change in TA for one of the PLMN need not necessarily mean change in TA for other ePLMNs.

Here i am referring to overlapping TA between two registration areas like one registration area being (p1,t1) , (p2,t1) and the other being (p1,t1), (p2,t2)

Here (p1,t1) being the common overlapping TA between two registration areas.
