If youu can make AI related app, where we tell the degradation problem to the app and it suggests changes to make wrt parameter values for Ericsson system.
Although its a very big task, just letting you know. 
Do you mean you need a AI apps for suggestion recommendations.
When I was working in PI Works they worked about a application for parameter suggestions in 5G.
But yes these are really huge and complex projects, unfortunately it is not for my level.

I am working on a project with more than 3000 sites.
To make a tab file with that much data for map info takes a lot of time.
Can you make a python library or a method you feel feasible can automate the task?
Actually we used Google Kmz for all our nodes in the country.
Converting is very basic in Excel to Kmz.
I do use kmz files on Google Earth.
But I am trying to find a method to automate making a tab file for Mapinfo.
If you need a Python code for build Excel file to Kmz, I can do it for you, and share to the group.
I think is better use QGIS, Mapinfo is propietary software.
QGIS can also use tab files.
It would be really convenient if I could automate the process of making tab files that I could run on mapinfo.
Is there a way to automate the process of making a file that could run on QGIS?
