Are msg3/msg4 for 5G NR SA same as for LTE?

Hi Experts,
Anyone have msg3/msg4 in 5G NR SA and could tell me if it’s the same exactly for LTE?
In msg1 and msg2 -RACH- there is some differences.

Just remove connection word from message for SA.

I didn’t mean SA for message relation.
I meant the deployment is 5G NR SA. And if the message of 5G of SA is actually the same as LTE which specifically meant for msg3/msg4.
