I generated BCCH in Atoll within the range of 1 to 19, ensuring 100% accuracy. However, I’m still encountering BCCH crashes. If anyone has a solution or insight into this issue, please share your expertise.

The solution is to use a 3D approach.
By incorporating geography, antenna parameters, and actual beam simulations into your map, you’ll notice that many cells aren’t overlapping at all.
This allows you to focus only on the specific cases that truly present a problem.
