Can activated data package / subscription cause signal drop in mobile phone?

can you provide more details , are you loosing the signal totally or dropped to 3G or 2G?

I had two sim (same operator and both are in same phone). I activated a monthly package to sim1 and sim2 fir calls. After one week I noticed signal drop in sim1 but sim2 has good signal level. So I activated same package to sim2 and activated different package to sim1. Now sim1 receiving a good signql level after a one week signal drop starts to appear in sim2. Not changing to 3g or 2g but no signal bar at while sitting in 4G
