Can we have 8 tx support with tm4?

Hi Experts.
Can we have 8 tx support with tm4?
In my view LTE 8x8 works with tm9 only.

tm4 is crs based therefore can go max to 4 tx.

Tm3/4 is basic TM of rel8.
Rel10 introduce TM9 and 8 port.
I think 8T cell still support tm3/4, but lte cell just transmit tm3/4 to UE by using max 4 tx antenna.
