Can we transmit PUSCH in UpPTS in LTE?

Hi Experts.
Can we transmit PUSCH in UpPTS in LTE? Is it possible?
As per my knowledge special subframe used for LTE reference signal transmission only is understanding correct?

Yes…in UPpts only SRS can be transmitted (in case of 2-7 or 2-5 configuration).

I find PUSCH as well PUSCH config dedicated v1430.
With ssp 10.

I think it depends on how many uplink subframes are there.
