Can we use SSB SCS 15 KHz in MBSFN subframe?

Someone told me that SSB SCS 15 KHz cannot be used in DSS.
I think he have misinterpreted mediatech doc.
In my opinion we can sure use SSB SCS 15 KHz in MBSFN subframe.
Any views on this?

Yes, we can use SCS 15 Khz in MBSFN subframe.

With 4 SSB beams and SCS 15 KHz, we need 2 consecutive MBSFN subframes every ssb-periodicity

With SCS 30 KHz the 4 SSB beams fits in 1 MBSFN subframes every ssb-periodicity
