Getting “cell not available” info in sgnbadditionreject cause.
Is any document available what coild be suspected reasons?
Vendor Nokia.
Is NR cell UP and working?
Yes, it is.
Check all admission counters on NR cell: PUCCH resources, SRS resources, max number of RRC users etc.
Just want to add, in this case if you can read from trace its more clear.
In my case cell unavailable due to missing configuration in relation and discrepancy in external relation.
Interestingly issue was - BAND Combination for the addition band parameter was found disabled in eNodeB.
