Change ZTE 4G Cells power

Hi ZTE experts,

I have been trying to change de output power of a 4G cell in ZTE UME but i do not know the correct way to do this.

I know that the parameter i have to change is cpTransPwr but this parameter is locked in the edit screen. I have tried to block the cell before the change, but the result is the same.

Also tried to do the change using a parameter template but no results at all.

Anyone knows the correct way to modify the output power in ZTE using UME?
