Checking 3G Neighbors in Nokia Reports (FP21B and Later)

Hello everyone,

In the latest Nokia 3G reports, such as RSRAN046 - SHO Adjacencies, starting from versions like FP21B, the report no longer specifies whether the targeted cell is a neighbor or not.

My question is: Are there any Excel tips or methods to verify if a cell is a neighbor?

You can cascade the NBR relation (SR-DEST) and use VLOOKUP functions to retrieve them from the NBR dumps.

For this version, it shows “Yes,” but Airscale RNCs do not report it in the older version. This is the issue for me.
