Does anyone know if Ericsson has a command to see who made changes to a respective eNodeB or another equipment?
Like in Huawei we have OPTLOG.

Yes, it has:
> lgn 2d
Where 2d is 2 days, you can change as per your requirement.

lgn is only amos command.
Full log is lgoq and lgw to see who was connected.

This command doesn’t show changes with XML file.
Only for cmedit.
lgo does.
