Counter showing value 0 or NIL

Hi Huawei Experts,
In MAE if counter is showing value 0 or NIL what does it mean?
Is it not pegging? Or not activated? Or something else?

Two options:

  • You don’t have traffic in the cells,
  • Or the KPI was not activated.

0 and NIL both signify same thing?
Or 0 means No Traffic and NIL means not activated.

I have NIL because the cell doesn’t have traffic:
It also happens when you didn’t have the counter activated.

Ok cool.
I checked in KPI management tab and showing all counters are activated so that means: No traffic.
