I found in 5G Matlab toolbox a parameter called pdcch.codeEnable which enables CRC for pdcch. I knew that the RNTI is masked to the CRC. When pdcch.codeEnable is set to False Matlab ignores RNTI. I am wondering if it is legal. I am also wondering why we have this parameter if it is illegal.
