DL BLER shoots to 70% at run time in 5G SA while in starting DL BLER seen around 5%.

Could you kindly support what can be the reason for this?

Please give more details like 2x2 or 4x4, MCS, CQI, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR…to understand your question.

If spike is not constant it should not be an issue, as it is normal for link adaptation to experience some spikes, especially during mobility.

But LA should recover it, so most important is that it should not be constant.
