DL Grant Count max value of 1600/second regardless of SCS and Bandwidth

Hi All,
Anyone having an idea why DL Grant Count at Huawei 5G logs in Huawei’s Probe has the max value of 1600/second regardless of SCS and Bandwidth?

Because DL-UL is 4-1 or 8-2, 80% is DL.
SCS30 has 2000 TTI per second, so max grant is 80%*2000= 1600.
