I am looking for Nokia documentation on changing the RNCID and configuring the Signaling Transfer Point (SS7 interface).

I would like to know if changing the Cell ID on the radio side is applied across the entire network, including the CS and PS core parts, or if everything needs to be deleted and reconfigured with the new RNC ID.

Additionally, how does this process work in a RAN-sharing network?

If this is an external EXUCE, you should delete and recreate it.

You will need to redefine everything if there is a change in the RNC ID, but it also depends on how your cells are configured across the network.
