Effects in UE if PDCCH Power increase

Hello Experts (LTE/5G).
Huawei feature of increasing PDCCH power by unused REs per TTI.
I have a doubt: doesnt that affect the AVM from UE side?
Because the ratio of pdcch and pdsch is different and UE may not support like those differences.

Any idea if that affect negatively UE if we increase PDCCH Power?

PDCCH is QPSK - therefore very less probability of incorrect detection with some additional power.
