Enable SRB3 from network side

Hello Experts.

For 5G, how can we enable SRB3 from network side?
Is there any parameter?
I can find under SRB to add mod list if we put SRB identity = 3 then will it make SRB3 support in NSA
Is it direct message ie rrc connection reconfiguration from gNB to UE on SRB3 in NSA or its RRC reconfiguration?

I’m having doubt in message name in NSA with SRB3 support.
Is it RRC connection reconfiguration or RRC reconfiguration?

Yes there is separate parameter to enable srb3.
It should be enabled/supported from both nw and UE side.
Its RRC reconfiguration only with srb3.

I’m seeing some radio bearer config IE2 having srb to add mod list 3.
