Which one is the corresponding timer on enodeB side?
Is it the s1 waiting timer?
Vendor is Huawei
Play with smart preallocation and enable it first other are risky to change.
If enable then check its duration timer for preallocation.
What is Parameter for duration of preallocation timer?
yes parameter ID for S1 interface is :S1MessageWaitingTimer
