Can some share some stuff for ericsson new controller thats Evo RNC 8300 or Evo BSC 8300. please share.

What kind of material would you like to see? The very first thing you can look at is the ALEX library for this equipment (RNC or BSC). Do you have ALEX (ELEX)?

OK. The library must be bundled with the supplied hardware (on disk, for example). Check it out, ask those who mounted/installed the controller for you.
So, what kind of material would you like to see? The most important thing you would like to know now.
Because there are a lot of documents for these controllers, of course.
