Do you have a NEMO license that supports PCTEL scanner?
If yes contact Keysight directly, they will help you out quickly.
Try restarting both NEMO and Scanner.
Try a different port for Scanner.
Have you installed its drivers?
As far as I remember, some devices need drivers as well.
Yes, installed all drivers.
Yes, restarted many times.
