Can someone please suggest Features for Video Experience Enhancement?

Codecs for video are exclusive in Youtube control based on delay and bandwidth available.
Since all videos are best effort (non-GBR video) it means are subject of delay, low throughput and congestion (GBR bearers like QCi1 have priority).
I don’t think there’s something you can do about it.
In Huawei, there are certain features which prioritize or optimize video packets after differentiating them based on service differentiation.
For example video service rate adaptation, uplink coverage improvement for video (video TTI bundling), ROHC for video.
Indeed, but all of this means nothing if cell is congested by QCI1 bearers.
All those features will not help in this particular case.
