For Uplink bearer filter and Downlink bearer filter, can it be same QoS precedence rule?

For Uplink bearer filter and Downlink bearer filter, can it be same QoS precedence rule?

Yes. Different precedence rules value you need to give for different services, as I remember 1 to 255 range value is there.

This means if I configure 2 filters, one for Uplink bearer and second for Downlink bearer, then per each bearer (filter) shall be different QoS precedence?

If yes, any spec definition?

I mean with different qfi, not with filter.
