Why the MS not send the measurements of neighbours in Measurment Report UL message… instead it send “neighbour cell information not available for serving cell” which leads to HO failure

Hi, @Mahmoud_Abu-Qamar, check BA-lists is non empty. And a whole relations are properly configured.
