Which is better handover strategy: Better cell ho or Coverage based ho?
It depends for what you are using: Intra freq or Inter freq.
For intra freq better cell, and for inter freq coverage based.
Nokia has switch to enable better cell or coverage based but didn’t find anything to restrict better cell to intra and coverage based to inter frequency.
Can any Nokia Expert comment on this?
You can play with A3 and A5 thresholds in lnhoif table.
For example if you want to restrict better cell make A3 threshold max 15 dB, it will help you.
