We are detecting high flase RACH attempts in Samsung Node.
This high false RACH attempts is causing increased in msg2 failure.
Here device is NBIoT.
Any idea how can we solve this issue?

Raise it to Samsung.
No other way.
Long back such issue was present, it was corrected by discarding RACH attempts ( msg1) received with too low energy.
But what if too low energy actual UE will transmit msg1?
Even we have similar logic in our local labs.
We have maintained one threshold in our configuration, any RACH received less than that will be discarded / dropped.
Ignore it.
Even if you accept that, UE will not be able to maintain RRC connection.
So, basically there is some parameter which used as a filter here.
I wanted to know that parameter.
There is no such open parameter.
It’s hidden one.
