In this case there will be other alarms, for example, BTS INTERNAL. You can check with command: RXMFP:MO=RXOTG-234,SUBORD,FAULTY
Can you share these printouts: RXMOP:MO=RXOMCTR-234-0; RXMFP:MO=RXOCF-234; RLCFP:CELL=<CELL OF MCTR=0>
I really appreciate your time and help
MCTR-63-2
is supposed to have 4TRXs but i check the MOs on the TG,only 3TRXs are assigned to that particular MCTR. I am suspecting it is the cause of the mismatch,is there a way to change it to three 3TRXs
Quick update
I used RXMOC command to try change MAXTRX value to 3 but it didnot work .This was the feedback
NOT ACCEPTED
FAULT CODE 6
MO NOT IN VALID STATE
(0)MO=RXOMCTR-63-2
Looks fine, try lowering the values MAXPWR. Maybe issue in mixed 900 and E900 bands. Configure lowest possible configuration and then raise it step by step.
I checked and radio can only do 45 MAXPWR. I changed MAXPWR to 45 and the alarm cleared but now have NPWR mismatch on TX
A QUICK UPDATE.
I changed the MPWR on the TX and the cell so that they match. Cell comes up briefly and goes down again.BTS INTERNAL ALARM on all TRXs on that cell
NPWR mismatch is difference between values on cell and on TX.
MAXPWR must be equal sum of MPWR of all TRXs on that MCTR. You don’t need to set MPWR, it will be distributed automatically.
RRUS 01 B8 supports 80W or 60W at IBW 20MHz.
45dBm/3trx=40dBm so on cell RLCPC:CELL=BOGBRI3,BSPWRB=40,BSPWRT=40,MSTXPWR=33;
This should work.
For BTS INTERNAL check RXMFP:MO=RXOTG-63,SUBORD,FAULTY;
Yeah this works but the cell comes up briefly and goes down permanently. Fault code 1A: 1 on the MCTR. HW fault code on the MCTR,can I conclude the radio is faulty ?
