Just a basic query regarding K0 / K2, how UE knows which index to apply?

Since it mentions so many indexes.

Check the DCI content which having scheduling for PDSCH.

From UL grant on time domain ressource assignement bit value 0 point to first raw and 1 to second raw… etc.
