How the Ho will progress?
How audio does the same applies in vilte handover.main role is from epc enb,mme,sgw involved.ims side if any updates required will be noticed through update messages and info .esrvcc is depends ne network version.in vilte video codec is the only bearer to be negotiated each other intra inter mme handover times.pcrf do that functions.however OEM related optimised timers and software parameters are applicable .
