How link adaptation is activated for the NR secondary cells in EN-DC?

It depends on parameter configured for DL and UL we have separate algorithm.
For DL as per CQI, i.e. ILLA and OLLA.
For UL as per SINR calculated by gNB, i.e. ATB.
