How make HO easier or harder in Nokia in dedicated mode?

Hi expert, I am new on nokia network. Do you know how can ı make easier or harder cell to cell HO in nokia in dedicated mode? I couldnt find any parameter in network.

Hey!

You can find this parameters below RNC level in objects FMCS,FMCI,FMCG.
So basically it is mobility parameters persets and you can assign those peresets for each particular ceell at WCEL object for real time and non realtime applications (for example check NRT FMCG Identifier at WCEL).

Hi, thank you for your answer. You metioned paramters are wcell based paramters. I need cell to cell paramters. I Know HOPI bıt as ı know it is for idle mode.

Yes, thats correct HOPI/S/G/L are idle mode paremeters and FMCS/I/G/L are dedicated mode mobility paremeters.
So, i think it should be it, did you have a look at those objects ( FMCS,FMCI,FMCG,FMCL)?

Also you can define the measurement offset on per adjacency basis.

Ubfortunatly I couldnt find any paremater for cell to cell🙁
