Anyone have Huawei flow charts messages and how is going in mobile Network Architecture when user browsing anything ( youtube, twitter, google play ,etc…) using his handset through mobile network.

You need to be more spessific.
Internet access is basically the end result of all the components in all the systems in the entire acrhitecture doing what they are supposed to do.
Huawei use the same standards as the rest, so flow charts are the same for all vendors.
